During my stay at Romeo Napoli, I enjoyed the stylish rooftop restaurant and the comfortable bedding, which made for a restful night. However, I found the junior suite to be a bit cramped and the wifi connection unreliable. The breakfast spread was also underwhelming for the price I paid. Overall, a mixed experience that didn't entirely justify the cost.

Rooms
6.0
I had a somewhat cramped junior suite that didn't feel very spacious, despite being marketed as a junior suite. It had some nice amenities, but I expected more room to move around comfortably.
Service
8.0
The staff were very accommodating, especially during check-in. They made sure I felt welcomed and each request was handled promptly, but I wished there were a bit more staff around during breakfast.
Location
8.0
The location was convenient, right next to the port, making it easy to catch ferries and buses. This made exploring Naples a breeze, though the industrial view wasn't particularly inspiring.
Dining
6.0
While the rooftop restaurant offered a Michelin-starred experience, the breakfast buffet seemed overpriced for what was provided. I struggled to get a cappuccino or espresso, which added to my disappointment.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had a modern design and intriguing art throughout, adding to its boutique feel. However, the wifi issues were frustrating, and I wish the shower had better water pressure.

5.8/10

My stay at Romeo Napoli had its ups and downs. The hotel itself is modern and beautifully designed with a spacious room that offered some stunning views. However, I did encounter a few inconveniences, such as the inconsistent breakfast service and the odd bathroom lighting situation. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience with great potential! 🌅🛏️

Rooms
8.0
My room was large and luxurious, featuring a fancy all-glass shower. However, it lacked a coffeemaker and the refrigerator had limited items for a five-star hotel.
Service
7.0
The staff was generally attentive but could be overwhelmed at busy times. I appreciated their efforts, although service speed varied, particularly during breakfast.
Location
6.0
The location had its advantages, being close to ferry terminals and attractions, but navigating some sketchy areas was concerning. Overall, it's conveniently placed for exploring Naples.
Dining
8.0
The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food, and while some items could improve, the fresh local pastries were a highlight. Dining at the Beluga Bistro offered a fantastic view but was on the pricier side.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were upscale and modern. The rooftop area was lovely for relaxing with a drink, though I missed out on dining at the top-level restaurant as it was closed during my stay.

I had a lovely stay at Romeo Napoli with some good aspects, such as the attentive staff and beautiful room views. However, I was quite disappointed that the pool and bar were closed during my visit, which was one of the key reasons I chose this hotel. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience despite a few minor hiccups. 🌊😊

Rooms

The studio corner room offered a stunning view, though I found the closet design frustrating and wished for more drawer space.
Service
10.0
The staff were a standout feature, friendly and eager to assist with recommendations and arrangements, making me feel truly valued.
Location
9.0
Situated conveniently across from the marina, it was easy for me to embark on my day trips to Capri, enhancing my overall experience.
Dining
10.0
Dining at the Michelin-starred restaurant was a highlight, and the diverse breakfast options were particularly enjoyable.
Facilities
7.0
The spa provided a serene retreat from the chilly winter weather, yet I was disappointed by the pool’s closure during my stay.

6.8/10

My stay at Romeo Napoli was a mixed bag. While I loved the modern decor and the diverse breakfast offerings, the service was lacking and the location felt unsafe. The room was tiny and didn't match the expectations set by the hotel's ratings, which was pretty disappointing.

Rooms
5.0
The deluxe harbor view room was disappointingly small and cramped, and I felt the advertised view was misleading given the scaffolding outside. The layout was bizarre, making it uncomfortable to use the bathroom and shower.
Service
5.0
Honestly, the service was pretty abysmal. The staff seemed uninterested in resolving issues I encountered during my stay, and their attitude only made matters worse.
Location
5.0
I found the location to be quite alarming at times. I encountered a lot of questionable activities just outside the hotel, which made me wary of venturing out.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast was a highlight, with a diverse selection and nice views of Mt. Vesuvius, but other dining options were hit or miss.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were modern, but some issues like malfunctioning electric sockets hindered the overall experience. The pool area was also disappointing and mostly in the shade.

7.2/10

My stay at Romeo Napoli was mixed. While the contemporary design and cleanliness made for a pleasant visual experience, the discomfort from the sun facing rooms was a drawback. The breakfast buffet offered a decent variety, though I wished for more fruit options. Overall, it felt more suited for a brief stopover rather than an extended stay.

Rooms
7.0
The room was recently upgraded and clean, yet small with limited furniture. I found the chair difficult to get out of and the bathroom lighting was frustratingly sensitive.
Service
8.0
The staff were attentive and even sent a bottle of Prosecco and chocolate cake after we had a rocky start. However, I encountered some unhelpful responses regarding check-in requests.
Location
6.0
The location was convenient, just across from the port, making trips to nearby attractions easy. However, it lacks a vibrancy for evening strolls, which was disappointing.
Dining
8.0
The breakfast buffet was nice with a good selection, albeit a bit pricey. I did enjoy the quality but felt it could be improved with more fruit offerings.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were satisfactory with a good pool area and wellness options, but the lounge space lacked sun exposure, making it less inviting throughout the day.
